Per Curiam. This case involves a search and seizure of cocaine. Defendant, Joyce Phillips Black, was found unconscious on an airplane. In an effort to find identification or medication, a police officer searched the defendants purse, which contained cocaine, crack, and drug paraphernalia. Later, the emergency room doctor discovered a container of crack in one of the defendants body cavities. This discovery occurred while the defendant was still unconscious and her condition had not been conclusively diagnosed.
